We are committed to providing accessible, affordable and comprehensive care for your entire family. Our team of healthcare providers are specially trained to handle the unique needs of women, men and children.

Special Health Resources offers healthcare to families in 23 Northeast Texas counties and one county in Southwest Arkansas with clinics in Tyler, Longview, Paris and Texarkana, TX, as well as a fleet of mobile units to serve more rural areas. Our community health centers are a one-stop shop when it comes to caring for your family. We offer adult and pediatric primary care, dental, mental and behavioral health services for all ages, plus OB/GYN services, same-day sick visits, pain management, substance abuse counseling and treatment, STI testing, treatment and prevention, as well as HIV/ AIDS services.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurances. We also offer self-pay fee discounts based on income and household size.
