Jeanette Geddie serves as director of operations for Special Health Resources, overseeing clinics in Tyler, Longview, Paris and Texarkana, as well as mobile health units serving more than 23 counties across Northeast Texas.
With more than 20 years in healthcare and at SHR since 2015, Jeanette led the launch of the organization's first pediatric and OB/GYN practices. In 2020, she helped pioneer SHR’s first drive-up COVID-19 testing site, among the first in Northeast Texas.
She currently serves as vice chair of the Vaccine Awareness Coalition of East Texas, is on the Greater Longview Optimal Wellness (GLOW) steering committee and is a board member for Panola College’s Medical Assisting Advisory Board.
Jeanette holds an Associate of Arts from Kilgore College and is a graduate of UCLA Anderson/Johnson & Johnson’s Health Care Executive Program. Her credentials also include certifications in Healthcare Economics (Harvard Business), Non-Profit and HR Management (LSU), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), NRCMA and Medical Coding. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Political Science with a minor in Health Law & Ethics.
Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys family time, volunteering at various events, traveling and spending time outdoors.
