Lisa Adams

Director of Human Resources

Lisa Adams serves as director of human resources and has been with SHR for seven and a half years in the human resources department, previously serving as manager, generalist, coordinator and assistant. Lisa has more than 15 years’ experience in human resources across multiple industries.

Lisa is an active member of the East Texas Human Resources Association and holds an EEOC Training for Investigators certification and participates in annual Texas Workforce Commission trainings.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys being with family, camping, driving back roads along with traveling to random destinations and researching the history of those places.
