Laura Smith

Although Laura Smith, a family nurse practitioner, has lived in many places in the past several years, she was born and raised in Kentucky.

Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Biology degrees from the University of Kentucky in 1992. She received a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Western Kentucky University in 1999.

Laura is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and credentialed HIV specialist. She and her husband have two sons and one grandson. Laura enjoys spending time with her family and believes any day at the beach is a good day.
