Two years of experience in healthcare quality assurance and quality improvement processes

Experience with quality improvement processes such as Lean Six Sigma or PDSA.

Experience with HRSA Quality Measures for FQHC, Ryan White and SAMHSA.

Under supervision of the Compliance & Performance Improvement Officer, coordinates the collection, evaluation, and dissemination of performance data relative to specified quality improvement programs within a patient care facility or a broadly focused health care related service. Maintains documents and records according to state and federal health care standards, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Quality and Performance measures as required by local, state and federal government. Participates in the planning of professional education programs and presents specific training as required and works with the Risk Management and Safety Specialist to develop quality improvement processes to prevent or reduce risk in any area of the organization.

Associate’s Degree in healthcare or related field required
