The Risk Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of risk arising from violations of federal and state laws or regulations or nonconformance with prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures or ethical standards. The position will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of complaints (excluding employee relations), validating the root cause, escalating process gaps, as needed, and producing complaint trend analysis reporting.
