LeeAnn Fleming is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in the treatment of mental health disorders and substance use. With nearly two decades of nursing experience across critical care, behavioral health and leadership roles, she brings a compassionate and comprehensive approach to patient care.
LeeAnn holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Chamberlain University and a Master in Nursing Administration degree from Texas A&M International University. She is deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals affected by addiction, trauma and co-occurring psychiatric conditions through evidence-based and patient-centered care. She advocates for accessible, stigma-free mental health and addiction services.
A proud East Texan, LeeAnn is married and shares her life with a growing number of rescued dogs and cats. She actively fosters animals and volunteers in transporting pets to safe, loving homes—combining her dedication to healing both people and animals.
