  • Pamela May, MSN, FNP-C

    Pamela attained Associate Degree in Registered Nursing from Texarkana Community College in 2004, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University in 2010, and Masters of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2014 and graduated with honors. Pamela has worked in hematology/oncology, acute care, and family practice.

    In her free time Pamela enjoys running, working out, reading, traveling, and watching my 3 boys play sports.

    Her purpose with SHR is to provide acute and primary care to patients within our community by improving patients quality of life.

  • Josh Talley, DMD

    Dr. Josh Talley is a native of southwest Arkansas. In 2008 he received his B.S. degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, AR. He continued his education earning a M.A. degree in Biomedical Science from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. In 2015 Dr. Talley graduated with honors from Midwestern University, Downers Grove, IL with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Since joining Special Health Resources in 2015, he has taken great pride in improving the oral health of those in Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas.

    Dr. Talley has been married to his wife Ashley since 2009 and they have two children, Cooper and Abigayle. In his free time he enjoys hunting, golfing, being outdoors and spending time with family.

  • Deborah Porchia, APRN, PPCNP-BC

    Mrs. Porchia is a native of Southwest Arkansas. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Henderson State University, Arkadelphia, AR. In 1981. She graduated with honors with a Master of Nursing Science degree as a Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist in 1996 and a Post Master’s Certificate as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2000 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She has been board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Pediatric since August 2000.

    Mrs. Porchia has greater than 5 years of Pediatric Psychiatric Mental Health experience 3 of which were in close collaboration with a Pediatric Psychiatrist in Hot Springs, AR.

    Her professional mission at SHR is to educate, provide quality primary acute care and enhance the quality of life for the Pediatric population within the community and surrounding counties.

    Mrs. Porchia has been married since 1981, they have two adult children and two granddaughters. Outside her professional time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, aerobic workouts and serving in ministry as an Evangelist within her home church and outreach via Zoom. Her spiritual mission is to fulfill God’s Great Commission to seek and save the lost.

  • Anna Daniel, FNP-C

    Anna is a highly skilled nurse with nine years of clinical experience. She first joined the medical field as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 2013 followed by her Associates Degree in Nursing from the University of Arkansas- Hope in 2014 and then completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2019. Her background includes emergency medicine and flight nursing.

    She joined Special Health Resources to pursue her calling for providing care and medical assistance to those in need. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, hiking, traveling, and has a passion for mission work.

  • Courtney Malone, APRN, FNP, PMHNP

    Courtney Malone, APRN, FNP, PMHNP, was born and raised in Texarkana, Texas and has served the East Texas community for more than eight years as an advanced registered Family Nurse Practitioner and now, as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is excited to bring her compassionate care to Texarkana Care Clinic.

    She earned her PMHNP certificate in 2023 from Texas A&M University – Texarkana and her Master of Science Nursing-FNP from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2015. She also holds Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Health Administration degrees.

    Courtney became interested in psychiatry due to a shortage of mental health providers and services in East Texas and the surrounding areas. She has comprehensive experience providing acute care, wellness exams and chronic disease management for diverse populations. She is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners and American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
