Coy "Lane" Allen, PA
Coy “Lane” Allen is a Physician Assistant born and raised in Northeast Texas. Lane will work with at the Paris Care Clinic under the supervision of Dr. Devabrata Ganguly. He graduated valedictorian at Detroit ISD in 2014. He then completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Tarleton State University, Summa Cum Laude in Stephenville where he was named “The Outstanding Graduate” in 2017. He attended PA school at Hardin Simmons University earning a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. All of this was a journey to ultimately bring him back home where he hopes to give back to his local community by providing much needed healthcare to a rural area. Lane enjoys visiting with family and friends, computers, and a whole host of animals that includes dogs, cats, rabbits, livestock, and chickens.

Baisha Franklin M.Ed, LPC
Baisha Franklin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at the Paris Care Clinic. She attended and graduated from Lamar University with a Master’s degree in Counseling in 2013. Having worked as a therapist for 6 years, Franklin is dedicated and effective in helping others overcome personal life challenges. She has experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families, ages ranging from 8-70 years.
Baisha Franklin considers her counseling style unique in that she is considerably personable, caring, and uses a combination of counseling modalities to meet the individual needs of her clients.
Franklin believe that all people, regardless of age, gender, socioeconomic status, or religion desire to be successful and happy. Having a reliable support system and knowledgeable mental health professional to encourage and guide, however needed, can be beneficial and life changing. Franklin is prepared to assist clients in becoming the best version of themselves.

Dr. Devabrata Ganguly
Dr. Ganguly has resided in Texas since 1999. He did his residency at St. Luke's Roosevelt Columbia University, New York, and Englewood Hospital, Mt Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Ganguly is Fellowship trained in Geriatric Medicine at Long Island Jewish Hospital. Currently he is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine with a special interest in outpatient management of chronic illnesses and mentoring Medical Students and Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Amanda Holmes
Doctor Holmes is a Paris, TX native. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 with a BS in Zoology. She earned her MD in 1994 the Texas A&M College Of Medicine, follow by a General Psychiatry degree in 1998, and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry degree in 2000. Doctor Holmes has been licensed by the Texas Medical Board (TMB) since 1995, and has practiced medicine in the Waco and Temple, TX area before moving back to Paris in 2009. She's married to her best friend, and they have one child together.

Watta Martha Kenneh was born and raised in Liberia, on the West Coast of Africa.
My journey into the Health Care profession began in 1995, and I've since dedicated my life to it.
She is a graduate of Walden University, where she obtained her master's in nursing and specialized as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is Board certified through the ANCC. Her vision is to make sure that every patient and their loved ones has a positive experience. She uses her training and expertise to support her team, patients, their families, and the community. She is excited to be part of the team at the Paris Care Clinic.

Candace Russell attended University of Texas at Arlington where she received a Master of Science, and is a Nurse Practitioner. Candace has been in the healthcare field since 2001. She is excited to be working for SHRT as she has a passion for helping the underserved in our community.

Dr. Ernest White
Ernest White was born in Lexington, Mississippi, where he graduated from Ole Miss college and Med school. Doctor White Interned at the Medical College of Virginia and served as a Naval Flight Surgeon for 3 years. After that, he moved to Dallas and did residency and cardiology fellowship for 3 years. Doctor White now lives in Paris, TX, and is married to his beautiful wife, Barbara. The have 3 sons, 1 daughter, and 3 granddaughters.

Koren graduated from UTA Arlington and is a Nurse Practitioner. She loves working at Special Health Resources because of the opportunity it provider to work alongside world-class physicians while providing access to medical care to all residents of our community.

Jonathan Ury, DDS
Dr. Jonathan Ury obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2018, graduating in the top 25 of his class. He then pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
Dr. Ury uses all his experience to give his patients the best care possible. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, music, exercise, spending time with his family, and is a foodie at heart.
