Lauren Gandy earned her counseling psychology master’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has provided mental health community counseling to children, adults, individuals, families, and couples with presenting concerns that include anxiety, depression, trauma, relational distress, suicidal ideation, academic and school issues, and other concerns.
Lauren has worked with clients in crisis pregnancy, domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, adoption, parenting classes, substance abuse relapse prevention, and incarcerated situations. Lauren approaches counseling with a compassionate and listening ear that wants to hear what your story is right now, what it was in the past, and what you want it to be in the future.
Lauren utilizes trauma-informed care, CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, emotion-focused couple therapy, developmental, learning, and cognitive therapies, and interpersonal therapy in her work and personalizes treatment to the need of each client.
Gabriela grew up in East Texas, where she graduated from UT Tyler with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2006. She worked in the Intensive Care Unit for five years, then in Post Anesthesia Care Unit for six years while also obtaining her Master’s in Nursing to be a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Gabriela became a Nurse Practitioner because she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and she genuinely enjoys taking care of people. Her main focus is Adult Health and Preventative Care to help her patients live healthier and better lives and prevent hospital admissions. When Gabriela is not working, her focus is all about her son Jackson. Family time is one of the most important things to Gabriela while making memories that will last a lifetime.
Tiffany Clendening is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who assesses and treats adults and young adults with depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and personality disorders. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is currently licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
Tiffany received her Master’s in Science from University of Texas at Arlington. She first began her career in nursing in 2005 as a Registered Nurse from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. As part of a multidisciplinary team, she also works in collaboration with other treatment providers. She has a passion for integrative psychiatry with a holistic person-centered approach.
